We will always accurately describe our items and stand by those descriptions. If we make an error in a description, we will gladly accept a return of the item for a full refund. We try to bring our customers interesting and valuable items for their collections and we do this by purchasing items that we would keep for our own home. SHIPPING:
All of our items are professionally packed for secure shipping. We ship via United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, Federal Express and other private carriers. We will always ship our items insurance with all carriers. We will confirm your order and provide shipping cost/details prior to final payment and shipment.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your item, for a full refund via your method of payment, less shipping/handling costs. If the item is returned due to our error in description or the item is damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund via your method of payment, including shipping/handing costs.
