There are men and women painted on these plates in the fabulous clothes of the 19th C. They are dark pink on the outside edge of the plate with a gold rim. The background of the portraits has a gold colored finish. There are faded spots on two of the plates. One of the compotes has a chip on the base. Plates measures 8.25" diameter. Compotes are 9" in diameter and stand 3" tall. Total weight 5.8 lbs. 19th C. |
