An original oil painting on canvas of a beautiful lady wearing a blue velvet dress with a large white collar.  Her neck is adorned with a large gold beaded necklace andfour strands of pearls.  She is wearing a hate with a red feather and has long brown hair.  This painting is unsigned.  The canvas is crackled overall.  Framed in a  very ornately carved wood frame with a gilt finish.  The frame measures 33" x 38" and is 6" from the inner side of the frame to the oustide.  There are several small chips in the gilt finish (including a 1/2" chip on the right side, middle section of the frame).  The canvas measures 26" x 21".  Early 20th Century.
