We guarantee everything we sell 100%. We guarantee the item to be what we say it is and we guarantee the condition to be as stated.

We will always accurately describe our items and stand by those descriptions. If we make an error in a description, we will gladly accept a return of the item for a full refund. We try to bring our customers interesting and valuable items for their collections and we do this by purchasing items that we would keep for our own home. We pride ourselves on our professional and timely packaging and shipping. We welcome questions from our customers and will do our best to answer all communication in a timely manner. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our Gallery.

SHIPPING

All of our items are professionally packed for secure shipping. We ship via United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, Federal Express and other private carriers. We will always ship our items insurance with all carriers.

Due to the unique nature of our items, a standardized shipping process cannot be used during checkout.  A member of our staff will contact the buyer within 24 hours to arrange method and cost of shipping. 

RETURNS

Return Policy - In the event your item is damaged in shipping, there will be insurance from the shipper and MMG will submit a claim for reimbursement.  Please understand that your recourse is entirely against the insurance of the shipper.  Within three days of the receipt of the item if there is proof of misrepresentation of the product shipped, we will gladly accept a return.
